Nassim Taleb

I don’t want this blog to become just an account of whatever strikes my fancy from day to day, but I have to risk that for Nassim Taleb. His new book is called The Bed of Procrustes: Philosophical and Practical Aphorisms. Taleb is the modern Lichtenberg. I could only get an e-book copy, but even with that drawback I wouldn’t miss it. However much he may or may not know about art, he gets it. For one thing, he understands about the general and the particular, not a well discussed topic today.
